So we created Confidence Ambassadors, think Mental Health First Aiders but for essential skills around confidence, resilience, motivation, communication and presenting. Equip key members, leaders, learning managers and HR professionals within your team to develop the skills required to meaningfully transform your team into engaged, self advocating, super heroes. You teach them competencies, we will support your organisation to make sure everyone within it believes in their abilities.
Participants of Confidence Ambassadors learn to apply an evidence based, validated methodology to support individuals to believe in themselves, have impactful coaching conversations, learn advanced presentation techniques and support those around them in developing resilience, growth mindset and stress management techniques.
This program is geared towards leaders and managers, learning professionals and people centric individuals within your organisation.

Month 1: Executive Coaching Fundamentals 🧠
This initial phase lays the groundwork for becoming the cornerstone of change within your company.
